The next panel has him appearing somewhat dismayed and fatigued. "Oh, right, that's why I gave this up last time." He looks off into the distance and starts rambling a bit. "These are all just names for groups of symptoms. Kind of like constellations or asterisms. They're stars we tend to see close together, so we can group them, even though sometimes they're thousands of light years apart." In the background are three stars which are linked by written distances instead of lines (55 light years and 1215 light years, respectively). The fossa looks more calm and neutral. "There's no precision in diagnoses, or at least not enough for YOU to be satisfied." This seems to be addressed to himself in the following panel, who replies "It would be really useful though." He smiles a bit resignedly and scratches his head.
