I'm not sure how manageable it would be, but I'm wondering if more than one fursuit parade at Anthrocon would be possible. Like, maybe 1 fursuit parade a day? Or an early parade/later parade on one day? Have an option to select that you want to participate in the fursuit parade during pre-reg and offer an optional file attachment to submit a photo of their fursuit for pre-approval. When you get your badge at the con, it will have a letter, number or code indicating which fursuit parade you get to participate in. ALLOW partials/poodling but fullsuiters could maybe have front line priority because it's warmer in a fullsuit? I'm not saying it's a perfect idea, but I hope it's at least something to think about!
