Various models of the original Nintendo Game Boy, some software, and a few accessories. From left to right: 2 DMG-01 Game Boys with Tetris linked together with a link cable, the Super Game Boy from 1994 with Donkey Kong inserted (the Super Game Boy could add color, boarders, and SNES quality sound effects to games), a Skeleton Clear Play It Loud DMG-01 Game Boy with a Performence brand screen magnifier and illuminator attached and Heiankyo Alien playing, the Super Game Boy 2 from 1998 with Pokemon Gold inserted (the SGB2 added a link cable port and fixed a clock speed issue), a pink Game Boy Pocket with a wormlight attached to illuminate the screen with Mario's Picross, a Game Boy Printer, and a Game Boy Light with Pokemon Silver inserted (GB Light has a front light to make playing games in the dark possible without some ugly attachment). Other stuff: One Piece: Maboroshi Grand Line (one of the last original Game Boy compatible software released in 2002) and the Game Boy Camera.

The Game Boy turns 35 today! It's one of my favorite consoles and got software for 13 years. Many puzzle games, two generations of Pokemon, Wario's introduction, some dubious ports of fighting games, and mountains of anime, pachinko, and licensed games. #GameBoy35th #GameBoy
