Services are cut to make money and quality is substituted for cheaper version to increase profit. Don’t kid yourself, it matters. Provincial govt need to have an #ombudsman or auditor #overseeingfederaltransfer payments so those earmarked health dollars don’t end up in #generalrevenue streams.
