So much going on in our own lives & the wider world. Sometimes it can feel too big. Then I just shut down. But I’m learning that being a little #gentler & #kinder to myself helps me calm & #connect with what really matters. Here I can #breathe, take another step & act or not!
We really have no idea what might be going on for other people. Even behind smiles & laughter. We all have our struggles & we all can try to be a little #kinder, #gentler, more #open & less #judgemental. Of ourselves & others! Perhaps we’re all braver than we think. Rest well💙
