#nowWatching Spirited Away. When I was in Japan in 2019 I was fortunate enough to go the #GhibliMuseum. It was awesome. Every detail was perfectly placed. Yes. I did see cat bus.
It wasn’t nearly as cool as staring at the hand drawn characters though. I could have stared at those for hours.
Despite the drizzly weather in Mitaka on Wednesday, I had a wonderful, transformative experience at the Ghibli Museum, fulfilling a 25-year dream borne of an almost 40-year fandom.
