After the picture description, we will have tonight’s tale of terror… Our picture shows a close-up of a tall, pyramid-like glass structure at night. The building is made of triangular panels,some reflective like dark glass, others textured with streaks of blue and beige, resembling cracked ice or veins of marble. Warm yellow lights glow faintly through parts of the glass, creating a contrast with the deep, inky blue night sky that surrounds the structure. The sharp angle of the building points dramatically upward, giving it an eerie, futuristic appearance and finally our picture is finished off with a white border frame. And now for tonight’s tale of terror… I call it… The Mad Scientist in the Glass Tower. High above the sleeping city, Dr. Korrin worked alone in his glass tower, a jagged monument of metal and mirrors that pierced the night sky. From the streets below, faint yellow lights flickered in strange rhythms, like a heartbeat pulsing through the tower’s veins. Inside, surrounded by his creations, whirring machines and flickering tubes of ghostly light, Dr. Korrin whispered to himself. He had almost done it. The formula was nearly perfect. One more surge of power, one final spark, and life itself would bend to his will. When the lightning came, it struck the tower’s apex with a scream of white fire. Every pane of glass glowed, vibrating with trapped energy. But then came the sound, the deep, wet hum of something alive that should not have been. The next morning, the tower was silent. Its lights no longer blinked, and no one ever saw Dr. Korrin again. Yet at night, if you stand close enough, you can still hear a faint tapping from within the glass, like long fingers pressing to escape. Sleep well friends…
