All scientists preparing to conduct the inspection managed to escape, except for the one who dropped the wrapper, who was immediately dispatched by the Deformed Queen. The Deformed Queen captured the scientist and killed him. In the Wild After the subsequent evacuation, the Deformed Queen escaped into the wild. The door was later seen missing, likely indicating this was how it escaped. At some point, the Deformed Queen also destroyed its containment chamber.
