Photograph taken at Ruigoord in the early summer. A metal sculpture of a jolly looking figure sitting cross-legged with a big smile and its arms raised as if it's clapping. All its body parts are cylindrical with curved ends. Ruigoord is a small village of artists outside Amsterdam where festivals and exhibitions are held. The open arms atmosphere was not something I have ever experienced before.
