Black and white picture taken early morning, June 2017.
At the bottom of the picture in the very near foreground is a barbed wire fence. The valley floor stretches from the fence into the distance. In the middle of the picture, the valley appears to meet the base of the Teton Range from one edge of the picture to the other. A think line of fog appears to cover this border between valley and mountain. The fog is over the Snake River running along the Teton Range.
Picture taken a little after dusk from our campground in Moran, WY. There’s a campsite in the foreground with some lights on. There’s mountains off in the distance in the background with mostly darkening sky.
Picture of an Alpine lake in Grand Teton national Park. The picture is framed on the left and right with trees with the lake in the middle. The mountains in the background are also reflected in the lake. my two daughters are sitting on a bench and the right foreground looking out over the water.
Picture of an alpine lake with mountains in the background. There’s a slight disturbance in the water so you can see a ripply reflection of the mountains in the lake.
A few years ago, the extended family took a cruise from Seattle to Alaska. Instead of flying, my 2 daughters, 11 & 15, and I drove and met everyone who flew to Seattle. A 2-wk, 14-state, cross-country camping #roadtrip.
Spent 2 days in Moran, WY and 1 day in #GrandTetonNP #hiking.
Good times.
