To understand his strength and speed, think of this: A bull orca can break a Great White Shark in half with one hit. mel-Lothann is 12 times larger than a bull orca and has intelligence as sharp as any of the megadolphins. He's the closest thing his world has to Primal's Spear. He's lithe and muscular, with a muzzle more feline than otter. His eyes are a piercing yellow, a feature of the Feral Pods that spawned him. His flukes are narrower and lighter than a female's, designed for raw speed in a charge. He can hold his breath over an hour, so he has the patience to wait a long time, waiting for maximum advantage... Do not challenge mel-Lothann lightly. He is a force of nature.

She's sort of the equivalent of a NASA flight director - all Explorer operations, as well as updating the Elder Pod and relay pods, fall to her. She's driven by both a belief in her mission and bringing her people back home alive. She's very tall for a female Halavahdon, 430 feet from head to toe. Despite her great height she has a relatively compact. thick build, with a huge tail, leading to a set of flukes that are almost as big as her entire upper body. She has teal eyes and an ice blue crystal pendant around her neck. As shown, this crystal has a unique ability: It was engineered to plug into Explorer technology, allowing her to move things with her mind, create shields, and more. She rarely uses this ability, but she is the last line of defense for the Benefactor Campus; if she needs to, she *will* ruin your day. mar-Tykoni doesn't need to command respect. Simple portrait of Sylia done by Heigen / Ukabor. She's wide in the hips and thick in the tail, which suits her perfectly. He even took the time to give her a proper orca dorsal fin and a set of tail flukes that would do ANY orca proud. In the portrait she is looking over her shoulder, and in her blue eyes you can see both the familiar and the alien. She's a whale-otter through and through, and Ukabor knocks it out of the park first time out.
