Stunning telescopic view of Comet 12P/Pons-Brooks above the western horizon near June Lake on March 30th.  Its ion tail and greenish coma are clearly visible alongside the bright star Hamal (Alpha Arietis).  The comet was also visible during the April 8th total solar eclipse, though only for those in the path of totality.
