Made a new recipe today. Its called ham and potato bake. Anyways not a big fan of ham so used ham cheese and it calls for garlic salt but I just used normal salt. I started it in a skillet like the recipe calls for, but i don't think it was big enough, nor did I have a lid like the recipe calls for. So what i did was after like 5ish mins in the skillet I transferred it to a pie tin and cooked it in my toaster oven/air fryer as it has an option to bake things like an oven. Did it on 400 for about 10ish or so mins. It didn't turn out to badly. I think if I make it again I'll either add more hashbrowns than the recipe calls for or cook them a bit longer as couldn't taste it much. But other than that I think it turned out really well 😋
