Text:
Wait... No.
This is familiar. Why do I know it?

"I like you."
"And I think you like me, too."

It's impossible, isn't it?"

"I've felt like this for a while now. And I haven't been sick."
"So I figured... you must feel the same."

Traditional art of Millions Knives and Vash the Stampede based on the 11th episode of Trigun Stampede.

Knives is holding an unconscious Vash's head. He also places a kiss on his head like you would kiss a younger sibling goodnight.

The kiss however is obscured by flower petals resembling geraniums, which is commonly shown within the show. This is also a reference to the popular trope Hanahaki disease which is a fictional disease where someone begins coughing up flower petals because they have unrequited feelings for someone.

Blood flows down from the flowers onto Vash's glasses and face resembling tears.

The two of them are framed with geraniums and vines on the lower half where Vash is, and multiple knives on the upper half where Knives is. There is also a small rectangular background resembling a water tank referencing where this scene took place in the anime, and some text below saying "I WILL REMAKE YOU".
