ryu's learned formal ballroom dancing and sketches in his notes to accompany them, nothing too fancy. hanami has been taught how to sing and how to play the strings, namely the koto and taus. ryu's singing is alright but clearly unpolished and just for himself

ryu and hanami can barely have a conversation without it turning into a big blowup, probably understandably so. theyre so close to understanding each other but refuse to listen, so it usually ends up with hanami being hanami and ryu in tears. ( ๐งต )

'archon' is about the only one ryu uses. 'archon (ryuhiko) chastain (kikuchi)' is acceptable. not really sure what else you could call him - he don't think anything else would suit him.

ryu is 7'0" / 214 cm but wears heels all the time so he's usually got an extra 2-4 inches added to that. hanami is a whopping 4'8" / 142 cm... ryu definitely got his height from his dad ๐

the great serpent existed in that village after hanami was killed and remained until ryuhiko took her spirit and bound it to his bluebird familiar instead. he just called it lady hanami (which infuriated her. not even calling her mother made her mad as hell!)

hanami specializes in zither-type instruments: koto and sitar, but can find her way around most strings.

hanami and ryu both share the lineup of haste, slow, stop, and break! ryu's astrologian and conjurer studies are what set him apart from hanami's magic, which leans more into saboteur style skills. curse, poison, imperil, pain. they both know death though whether ryu likes it or not
but the homunculus was made by a priest of the traders - necromancy is its own thing to me, not necessarily on the same side of healing magic. i could go on and on fhsnsd
