Roasted one head of Chesnok Red and one head of Metechi because I was being indecisive. The Metechi is so flavorful that after eating it, whole cloves of Chesnok Red now taste like sweet corn. Excited to have received Leningrad & Georgian Fire today.

Better late than never! Italy Hill Giant Ivory Hardnecks are all tucked in and ready for a winter nap. This year I learned that the worn, rounded end of an ol’ broken shovel handle pokes the perfect holes for planting garlic. My back is grateful for the discovery. #garlic #hardneckgarlic #farmstead
