So, I tried Lance Hedrick's new Hario Switch recipe and it's really nice.

Water to #coffee ratio is absolutely standard. 1:16-17, 50g bloom. Nothing fancy about it.
But the brewing method is interesting, Got a really nice cup. Clean, but full of flavor.
