No one wants to talk about #harmintherapy. Itโs considered shameful if you are a therapist or therapy student because you have to be able to work out your own issues. Or go to a supervisor. No one focuses on co-regulation for anyone who is neurodivergent in the field.

after a chronic illness crash, i became unable to work. lost housing & had to move states. lost therapist bc they weren't licensed there. later, insurance thru work ended. lost 2nd therapist bc they didn't take medicaid. when we need support most is often when it gets taken away.
