Heya, so it's the last day of Dad being around and I'm still in awful pain :-/ I don't know why it's been so bad.
I decided not to start a new blog post so I'm looking at a new back office plugin I'm making. A whole section needs rewriting, but it shouldn't be hard.

After a failed nap earlier, I hope I sleep tonight. Think I have a really aggressive head cold. But it's making my base #pain levels sky high. I can tweet because I have night red tinting on my phone. Tomorrow likely just drawing unless I majorly improve 🤧

Okay, so my pain is NOT calming down so I have to focus on rest.
This evening wifey and I get to go out for food together before heading to in-laws for the rest of the evening.
So, I have to be happy with what I have done this week and try to regroup next week.

This is only day 1 of my 4 week increase in one of my meds, so can't comment on it yet.

We were given 'pity wine' in a "care package" from my mum-in-law, that included biscuits and cake. So at least I can try alcohol-numbing now.

Hi friends. Have woken up in horrific, distressing pain levels. I've managed basic housework but that's it.
We've had thunder and rain but it's still humid. Going to try to play some #SWTOR before humidity gets worse then evaluate whether I can do any writing.

Hi all. Am trying to settle to do something as my meds should start working soon. I think I crushed my shoulder in the night, because it, my right collarbone and the right side of my neck wreck.

Had to be quiet this evening, my pain's been awful. Had to have a whole extra dose of meds just to cope.
Managed a couple of hours playtime with NJ though, despite #Fibromyalgia pain. But now I need a couple of hours rest in a game to calm pain down before sleep.

I've not felt like myself all this week. At some points I feel like pain stole my feelings. I know I've not chatted as much as normal or RT'd people/stuff I normally would. I've been in survival mode, basically.
But I have, at least, survived. Which I guess is a win?

Okay, I've tried everything: food, coffee, cold remedy, meds early, getting online later, moving around. But I can't shake this horrible pressure behind my eyes and brain fog.

Okay, relaxation stuff helped my shoulders. But this head cold is giving me an actual headache. Going to take meds slightly early (which is fine as I take them every 6 hours but they work for only 4) and see how I feel.
