Missouri's legislature passed #HB567 and is headed towards the Governor's desk. Pending his signature, Missouri's minimum wage will still increase to $15 an hour on January 1, 2026. It will no longer rise with inflation and the paid sick leave provision is gone.

For the 2nd week in a row, Missouri Senate Democrats held the floor, fighting to uphold the will of the voters.

After an 8+ hour filibuster, HB 567-which overturns the will of 1,693,064 voters-has been set aside.
