Got a sensor in my arm yesterday to track my glucose.
Proceeded to have a glucose crash last night and realized I may have found out why I get so sick in the evenings.
Also have to start monitoring blood pressure at home and need to figure out a good tracking method.

Friend just texted me "hey how's it going, you okay" and my honest answer would've been "lol no I'm actually miserable" but that would've turned into A Whole Thing so I just answered "yeah"
#healthstuff Oddly, now that I know there is an actual reason for not feeling well I suddenly feel worse. Like I used my last dregs of energy to get to this point and my body is going "See? SEE?!"
