As I’m returning to work full time next week and am therefore officially Healed, I thought I’d share some thoughts about my #HeartBypass. Blame the g&t I just drank in case this gets maudlin.

The watch is now telling me my HRV status is balanced, not 6 weeks after the #HeartBypass.

Well, HRV has gradually risen, but the watch has also recalibrated downwards.

Started wearing it again about 2 weeks after the op. The watch is basically going “Dude! WTF?”

I need more rest and seem permanently stressed? Ya think? My resting heart rate is higher. Really?
