Today's #Hexcrawl26, another wilderness hex #TTRPG

Here's today's #Hexcrawl26, The Hamlet. A small, isolate village that has survived thanks to living in harmony with The Wood. #TTRPG

Really had fun with this one, and has me reconsidering the overall project here. Might build out some of the adventure locations deeper later in the year rather than trying to only do hexes. We'll see how I feel. #Hexcrawl26 #TTRPG

Getting today's #Hexcrawl26 in under the wire. This is an adventure site, a kind of mini dungeon. Just a small little mystery with some goblins behind it all. #TTRPG

Anyway, off to work on today’s #Hexcrawl26 submission

Here's #Hexcrawl26 Day 2! The first "wilderness" hex, where the game master will roll a d6, and on a 1 the party will encounter a random encounter as determined by random rolls. The party can also choose to explore these hexes more, resulting on a roll of the Exploration table. #TTRPG

My plan is to color code hexes. Grey for settlements, green for wilderness, red for adventure locations. I also plan on coming back to Jetsam Landing and other settlements and filling them out with more detailed locations inside them as we go through the year. #Hexcrawl26 #TTRPG

Anyway, now that it's halftime, here's my #Hexcrawl26 Day 1. My intent is for Jetsam Landing to be the starter town for the first island as well as the Stormcloak Isles at large.

Here the factions of civilization huddle in their one toehold in the new region. #TTRPG

Been going back and forth on what to key my #Hexcrawl26 to. Considered system neutral, but that is the coward’s way. Considered Nimble, but I don’t think it really fits the format.

Have settled on Cairn 2e from @yochaigal.bsky.social.

Honestly this is the first time I've ever even attempted to draw like this,but I'm pretty happy with how it's turned out so far. Rough,but better than I expected! #TTRPG
