Nightshot from atop the i-link town Ichikawa Observatory Deck. Seen are 江戸川 Edogawa (Edo River curved all the way to Tokyo Metropolis, so bright in the center is perhaps Ichinoe Subway Metro Station (judging from the nearing iron bridge that linked Ichikawa, Chiba to ⇆ Tokyo city proper (Shinkoiwa, Edogawa ward) and only the Edo river separating the two prefectures. Weather was clear here, late of November 2024 when I took this and already so bloody cold and windy🌬️.. tripods are not allowed in this observatory deck so I needed to just shoot away with my hands and trust that my camera won’t fail me (trivia: setting my shutter speed for long exposure shots is still to this day on, my greatest Waterloo💦)..
