So much for a #lazySunday I went to the gym to tone up for my #holiday to #Greece then a neighbour persuaded me to go for a walk around the local park #Lewisham #HillyFields and now I need a #siesta

First time at Hilly Fields parkrun, and yes, it is hilly. But Hampstead Heath parkrun is tougher, so I am used to this type of parkrun. #parkrun #hillyfields
