#hitexplode R-Type II (part 2 of R-Type) on the #pcengine. Was not all powered-up at the end and finally gave up and restarted from the beginning. Made sure I had the right power-ups. Even then it took many tries until I thought of shooting the protective orb into the boss. *doh* #rtype #retrogaming

Hearth of the Alien, direct sequel to Another World (Out of this World) was only released on the #sega Mega CD. #hitexplode 'd it. A bit shorter than AW, but just as good, same gameplay and puzzles. Not the ending I expected, but a very good one nonetheless. Play it! #megadrive #retrogaming
