So, picture this scenario I inherited my mother's house due to her death, at the time she was living in her own home with my younger brother taking "care" of her. The day my mother passed away; I had not been able to see her for over 4 years!!! Same for my 3 daughters (her grandchildren for goodness sake!) he would not let us see her and actually called the police on them... Why am I saying all of this? I do not need sympathy or sorrow. This HOA and its "Lawyer Michael Rehr" are predatory and have their own way of justifying their actions. Now back to it... So, my brother and I inherited this house/property but with all the BS with him we could not sell in time for the HOA to foreclose AND sell the property. Now here is where my brain is broken I am liable for inherited property even though through the inheritance but when the property was sold to someone else, they DO NOT INHERIT THAT SAME DEBT???? Now Tell Me What the Fuck I am Supposed to Do!!!
