Standing outside of the bathroom and casting it a coy look, the character puts on some underwear, pulling it up their hips while their bloated middle protests and gurgles with the urge to go.
The character leans over the counter, legs crossed and squirming in front of a bunch of empty plates and an empty cup of coffee. Their distended stomach churns and growls, their urge to poop greatly exacerbated by holding it in and having a large breakfast.
Inches from the toilet, the character is hunched over, thighs rubbing together, hopping from foot to foot, clutching their belly and bottom, tail hiked high. The look on their face is intensely strained and they swallow nervously, evidently unable to take another step as their insides churn and bubble with urgency.
