When everything seems shit and you don't feel good, it can help to give assistance to someone else. I won't say what I did, as it was a small thing, but it did definitely raise my mood. I am lucky in a lot of ways, and I try to remember that, even when I am struggling #Giving #HolidaysAreHard #PTSD

I miss my daughter dearly. She fired me as her mom 3 years ago at 24 decided she no longer wanted to have anything to do with me.
