Rainy 10k! Totally slacked off on training and 2 days later still paying for it. At least the trees were beautiful to look at as I was slowly dying and my legs were screaming ๐

I ran the #HotChocolate10K in Nashville yesterday, and made my PR at 57:56! Even more exciting for me was that I ended up 3rd (out of 10) in my age group (55-59)!
