Saw the news that Six to Start isn’t writing new material, and there is a known issue that makes ZRX unplayable for me that’s been around a while.

I did a 5K for St Patrick’s Day. In my awesome shoes. They’re a few years old but I save them for this holiday and a few others when I need an extra smile to get me through. Time was slower today but that’s cause I still hurt from cooking all day. doesn’t matter. I did it.

I slept worse than usual and with that and my knees not happy i thought I’d skip the run. But I ended up wide awake before my alarm anyway so….i ran. Whew.

For the record, I’m not about to die. I’m just really fair skinned and so I end up looking like a cherry tomato from the exertion. Trust me, this is normal. But I did do my 5K on the new treadmill for active recovery.(1/2)
