This happened yesterday. Sunday when I was vacuuming, I noticed wet around the baseboards near where the water heater is. I guess it was time, the old one was about 13+, the tech said we were lucky that it lasted that long, usually it's 10yrs. #housedrama #waterheater #moneypit
