Here's a peer-reviewed hydrogen electrolyzer safety (Quantitative Risk Analysis) #QRA paper that should not have been accepted:
1️⃣Claims highest risk is #hydrogen leaks from H2-water separator. I've never heard of such events causing explosions/death!
