#funfact: ICHEP, the international conference of high energy physics, has been running for 70ish years. It started out being always in Rochester, New York and it is still sometimes called the “Rochester conference”

I am very excited to hear more details on these results at the International Conference of High Energy Physics #ICHEP that will take place next week. The hunt for dark matter with Xenon tanks is definitely not over because of a few neutrinos, I expect.

There are not only predatory journals, there are also predatory conferences, some trying to abuse the fame of real conferences. There are three #ICHEP in 2020 according to google, in Zürich, Paris and Prague. Only Prague is real.
