I find the use of the term #illiberal and #illiberaldemocracy concealing and obscuring, since we can not speak of democracy when countries don't guarantee their citizens rule-based liberty or freedom. #Russia for instance, has never been a democracy. Why not just call it authoritarian dictatorship?
