The beginnings of my new avatar as I'm returning to Second Life to maybe start doing some creative shit. Against a white stone shopping area with white accessories and green vines on the tiered stories with windows, you see a humanoid signaling female, cropped from just below her elbows up. She has cornflower blue skin, freckles, TARDIS blue eyebrows, light purple lip gloss, and has two symmetrical curling horns sprouting from the sides of her head, colored a darker purple with streaks of light purple. She has light purple and pink streaked hair, tied into long pigtails behind the horns. Her ears are long and pointed. She's wearing purple metallic speckled bottom rimless glasses and purple lip gloss. Her horns are sparingly wrapped with light blue ribbon, from which light silver with a purplish hue metal rings, lengths, beads, and keys of various sizes are strung. From two on each side, one facing front hanging in the center of the curl of the horn, and one smaller one facing backwards, hang white human-shaped skulls with exaggerated eye sockets (brushed with black paint). She is wearing a TARDIS blue t-shirt with a white screenprinted design on it. The top of the design is a skull with demon wings sprouting from it, then the text FIGHT FOR QUEER LOVE, then below it a gravestone, a heart, and another skull. Considering Pride month started with the murder of Johnathon Joss and the police are doing NOTHING I think it's a pretty apropos message. Joss was murdered at the site of his and his husband's home, which was burned down with their dogs inside (they died and were arranged by the arsonist to be seen first entering the ruins) when they returned to the site to mourn and a neighbor began shouting homophobic slurs at them, then pulled a gun and opened fire. Joss pushed his husband out of the way to save him and died there in his husband's arms, in an obvious HATE CRIME. Meanwhile the press is covering it like this: https://www.nytimes.com/2025/06/02/arts/television/…
Oh hey look I'm back in @secondlife.bsky.social after 15 years. Yes, I have an aesthetic. If I get to pick in the afterlife I'm gonna look draenei.
