I make jam maybe once a week. Recipes will tell you to use the best, in season fruit. Nah. Use whatever crap you have that's going south. I had a bunch of old grapefruits and some strawberries starting to rot. Used what i could of those and made a fine jelly/jam #oregon #jam #oregonfarm #imgross
