John Swinney to visit GP surgery taking part in ‘family wellbeing’ project The project uses GP appointments to help identify wider support needed for families in poverty and at risk of poor health outcomes.

We are delighted to be part of this new Family Wellbeing Project taking place in 12 GP Practices across Glasgow.

The campaign launched back in April with a focus on 5 key themes:

We've been in Westminster this week, speaking to Scottish MPs on the challenges that the children, young people and families we support face.

Our tree-planting sessions from this year have led to over 400 trees being planted across Scotland! 🌳

This is part of our Seeds of Hope project, which is on track to plant one tree for every child and young person we support.
