Lovely #bison steaks from Modoc Nation Ranch slow cooked w #webergrill #indirectheat w generic #charcoal. I nailed meat temp, but the wow-factor was by the fluffy cows (bison). Amazing, stopYouInYourTracks flavor. Just add salt, heat. Served with Red Lake Nation Foods manoomin & brown rice.

Lovely first of Modoc Nation Ranch's #bison #burgers, pre-made patties on a #charcoal #grill in Indiana (possibly first ever). They were absolutely amazing. Very low #indirectheat, beautifully medium rare with #homemade potato skins. Amazballs all around.
