Our Concierge in the orange shirt will greet you when you arrive.” The receipt shows store number 513 120 and the date AUG 13 2008. On the right side, there are checkbox options for different iPhone models: “8GB Black” (which appears to be checked), “16GB Black”, and “16GB White”. This appears to be a reservation or pickup receipt from the early days of iPhone releases.
