Thought I'd do a quick little Joanna Davidovich inspired sketch featuring her Cup O' Jo caricature goofing off alongside my pleasantly colourful enigma, Mister Pleasant.

Illuminated by a spotlight is Joanna Davidovich striking a chord on her electric guitar while she’s winking and smiling at us. The tuning knobs emit electricity and form a sparkling frame with “Introducing RequestToons” in it, with my logo design present. Above her is a message saying that the “Total Request Livestream” series is going under a new name. Below the crackling lightning bolts is a tagline that ties with the scenario’s theme, “Rocking your world with drawings galore!” All complete with the usual graphic paraphernalia like in the #totalrequest50 arc, including a Columbia TriStar parody logo featuring me (Plushblue) and Joanna in our respective stances and shades of blue.
As I was watching Joanna Davidovich’s livestream last night, I worked on this poster to test the waters on what it would be like if, like #totalrequest50 during the past year and a half, I’d do some marketing for the new “RequestToons”.

In front of a solid mauve background is a spotlight-illuminated Joanna Davidovich, dressed as JoJo Tickle from Playhouse Disney’s “JoJo’s Circus” (albeit with no red top on her hat, hair is not loosened, and no red clown nose), taking a bow while she’s smiling at us. Surrounding her is text saying things like how the next part of her livestream series is figuratively “gonna be a circus” and that her accomplishing fifty streams is worthy of that bow. There’s the usual “Total Request 50” logo and a “Now playing” banner underneath that, and a reminder for any upcoming reminders of this “next part” of her streams. Next to Davidovich is a full-color Columbia TriStar parody logo (featuring the lady herself in her everyday clothes, as the Torch Lady, of course, and myself (Plushblue) as the Pegasus) and our respective credits next to my box.
Now that all the 50th stream’s drawings are complete, one era of Joanna Davidovich’s livestream series ends, and another one begins. You’ll see/hear more from her about that soon.
And yes, that’s Davidovich herself taking that bow.

Dressed like the titular character of the 1982 movie “Annie”, Joanna Davidovich smiles at us and shows us a calendar page highlighting her 50th request stream, which is tomorrow. There is also a reference to the song “Tomorrow” in the tagline, so that ties things up together, doesn’t it? On the bottom is a Columbia TriStar parody logo with Joanna and I doing our usual logo parody stances, complete with our credits next to it.
Assuming it’s not a hard-knock life, Joanna Davidovich’s #totalrequest50 will make you say “I think I’m gonna like it here” by the time it starts. The festivities will begin tomorrow wherever Davidovich is on social media. I love you, tomorrow!
