In the UK we have a law called #JointEnterprise where anyone in a group or gang involved in a crime is jointly charged as equally liable. Arrest everyone from #BondiBovino down put them in one of their #ConcentrationCamps and charge them all with #Pretti murder and see who squeals first

Agree. Whilst, in principle, the 3 Tier system (clearer distinctions between 1st, 2nd degree #homicide, and #manslaughter) is a sensible move safeguads are needed.
