Unfortunately, the media doesn't discuss how the #SCOTUS Major Question doctrine was created out of whole cloth to justify right-wing judgements on behalf of wealthy benefactors. It's creation was the direct result of #JudicialCapture by the Republican Senate under Trump.

What’s gutting me is that I can’t see any large-scale organizing being effective. Too much of infrastructure & institutions have been co-opted/ corrupted.
Coming abuse of preemption doctrine, funding cuts, and federal #judicialcapture will hamstring blue states and urban centers.
Which is interesting parallel to the phenomenon that happened during the Trump years. Many saw lawyers as their bulwark against executive overreach. Lawyers as superheros. It's only since the idea of #judicialcapture has penetrated the public conscious that I think @athul.acharya.cc applies.
