She also has a collection of charms given by the Scions pre-Tempest as a sign of their resolve.
Juls can be friendly, but there's always an aura. A bit dangerous. Striking would be a better word. Shift that toward regal, imposing, or rugged, depending on who she's facing. Always eye-catching though!
