This took so much lifeblood istg. I'm so tired. But yes description. Marine AU Doflamingo where he is a Vice Admiral with the same awful pink sense of fashion reaching out to untangle Mermaid Sanji from the net he got caught in. Dof is partially drenched probably from the mermaid's splashing but he looks happy to be there. Sanji is draped in gold jewellery indicating some sort of mermaid Royalty? with a damaged tail fin while letting dof fiddle with the nets he's caught in.
