Okay, I'm totally putting these things in #Justanimals!!

A cynical explanation as to why #Justanimals isn't popular is because it's not p*rn.

Which is why it might actually become popular with Issue 3 because Issue 3 deals with the p*rn industry in a non-explicit way...

Tbh one of these years I've really got to get #Justanimals (at least) nominated for a Harvey award. Ursa major and Coyotl are great, but I want mainstream recognition.

My comic, #Justanimals is now on the #Ursamajor recommended anthropomorphics list. This is for the highest furry fiction award in the land!!!

Oh, and yes, since I'm on the subject, I've formally started writing the latest draft of #Justanimals Issue 3 ^^

Idk if I said this before, but

I'm considering restarting #Justanimals sometimes next year after I finish the script for Issue 3 by commissioning 2 pages per month This would mean the comic would only cost $140 a month.

Can't promise anything, but since I'm off from December the 19th-28th, I might try to begin writing the final draft of #Justanimals Issue 3!

My attitude with #Justanimals used to be: "I've got to get this out ASAP, screw the money!" now it's: "I need to give Just Animals more advertising/bandwidth before I spend more money on it!" XD

I want to also create two physical copies of #Justanimals Issues 1 and 2 in one collected volume. One copy will be for me and the other will be for my local library among the "local authors" section.

I also plan to publish Issues 1 and 2 on hoopla.

For #Justanimals I'd love to make a flying squirrel beastkin OC because that species would be so cool as a beastkin and a chipmunk OC because I like Sally acorn from SATAM XD

Make no mistake, #Justanimals will somehow continue if I'm not able to afford it as a comic.

Because I can't draw for anything, it will probably continue in novel form, but it'll continue...

Tbh, as much I'm not quitting writing/creating, the future of #Justanimals is...iffy.

See, with my dad gone, I might have to pay for some of the cost of living for me and my family. Also, since I'm trying to get a girlfriend and, in time a wife that's where a lot...

So, with my life now upside-down due to circumstances, I really really don't know when I'll return to #Justanimals and writing at large, especially since JA never made much money.

I was originally going to start looking for a new job around now, before my father's diagnosis.

I'm not a fan of body horror in the slightest.

But the upcoming #Justanimals Issue 3 has some elements of body horror of sorts in it...it's just not super graphic and it's a bit... untraditional.
