A round, black badge. Acroos the middle is the word Schools in turquoise capital letters. Between the letters c to l, the word Prom is in small red capital letters. Underneath in italics is ‘performer’.

Coincidentally, when tidying yesterday I came across this badge, which is from the 1989 Schools’ Prom in the Royal Albert Hall. #justsmudge

So the Royal Albert Hall in London is situated on a road named Kensington Gore which is named after the Gore estate which occupied the site until Victorian times. With a rather neat pun, Kensington Gore is now the common name for theatrical or fake blood.

I see what looks like stracciatella (little shred) ice cream. Originally from Bergamo, Italy, where gelato makers would drizzle melted chocolate over plain milk ice cream, let it harden and stir it in. It's a standard flavor at Italian ice cream parlours here in Germany🍨😋🇮🇹🇩🇪

It is also speculated that the fabric now known as gingham may have been made at Guingamp, a town in Brittany, France, and that the fabric may be named after the town. #justsmudge
