In case you didn’t know some lore quick lore here is Kioshi became an ink monster. Yes he’s human but if he feels threatened he could turn himself invisible or possibly even an ink monster. The reason he became one in the first place is because in the middle of the night, Midnight saw how vulnerable and prone to negative energy he was so he turned him into a monster as a result. Luckily Aimi and her friends were able to save him and return him back to normal. The side effect was that he now has ink blood and he’s more sensitive than normal. His feeling could easily be hurt if not careful and it could make him turn into that form as a result. He’s not dangerous luckily, but he does feel scarred about the incident and to him he feels like he’s forever damaged as a result. From the trauma he suffered at the hands of Blaze or Ace, or even his own father. To him he feels like he’ll never recover, which is why here he feels like he is damaged.

Kioshi couldn’t believe his own bully Blaze disappear in front of his eyes after he was about to attack him. He was left petrified and unable to move a single body part. He’s a huge dandere for Aimi, when it comes to love. Kioshi easily gets extremely flustered and freezes up whenever he comes across her. He’s even fainted a couple of times out of embarrassment as well and blushes easily whenever thinking about her. He is bisexual (and demi) and he is a bit of a femboy to Aimi. He loves hedgehogs and has a plushie of one that he sometimes imagines is Aimi and hugs it every night. Aimi did accidentally friendzone him when they were sophomores due to poor miscommunication on both of their parts (mainly Kioshi since he didn’t really speak up about it). Who’s this Blaze guy you may ask? That’s Tadashi’s childhood bully who used to torment him when he was younger. Blaze has done some very messed up things to Tadashi as a way to show how he has more power and control over him. Blaze is a pretty sadistic and cruel person who likes to toy around with people out of boredom. His main target was Tadashi since in his eyes he saw him as this weak yet vulnerable young boy who could easily be taken advantage of. Blaze is a couple years older than him which doesn’t help the situation at all and he emotionally and physically hurt him as a result. As a result of this, Tadashi had isolated himself from world and from others, even those he had befriended he’s always found it hard to trust them and know if they really are his genuine friends. His traumatic past had made him extremely paranoid and scared around pretty much everything. In his eyes, he feels like one wrong move and someone would hurt him. It’s a very sad case and the only person Tadashi really feels safe around is Aimi. The main reason why is because despite learning about her own dark past he started to slowly connect with her as her positive energy helped him slowly come out of his shell and learn to be a better person overall. Tadashi is very protective of her and he feels like if he’s not careful she could suffer like for what happened between him and Blaze. Blaze has used his tricks and violence as a way to hurt him and unfortunately Tadashi is scarred by him both mentally and physically.

They’re both crying btw because Midnight earlier turned Kioshi into a monster in his sleep after his severe depression battles. Aimi and her friends (Stormy, Shadow, and Rosette) had to defeat his monster but Aimi couldn’t do it since well that was her boyfriend and her best friend it’s a cruel thing to do. Rosette being Rosette defeated him anyways. Aimi grabbed his crystal and saw it was shattered but still had color. So she used her star magic as a way to defeat the darkness in his crystal (his life). She ended up purifying his crystal and he managed to survive. (It’s very rare for characters to be able to have their crystals purified by a healer since most of the time the villains have a habit of using too much dark energy but Kioshi was lucky since his crystal was shattered and the darkness was very likely to escape it). Aimi saw him lying unconscious and tried to help him up until he did and they basically hugged and cried.

Falling under no one could see, a silent vine crossing its feet, the wind so strong, no voice made a sound, the secret I kept was left behind, a broken trail, a broken person, was found to be dead or at least that’s what they said. (In non poem format basically Kioshi was left for dead by his childhood bully named Blaze on his way back from school in the woods. He ended up waking up hours later and while buried under he managed to discover his earth powers due to it. Kioshi tried hours to free himself and eventually did but he was left both traumatized and unsure how he managed to get his earth powers after what Blaze did to him. Now the black tears here in the drawing represent his grief towards his mom after losing her at only four years old and his normal tear is the suffering he got as a result from the trauma he experienced from the people who hurt him. He lost his mom first by the way and that was his first loss, after that happened it became and ongoing cycle until he was in high school. The scars on him were results from those that hurt him from their sadistic or sociopathic tendencies.

Kioshi feels extremely overwhelmed and overstimulated here. His anxieties and fears are taking over his head and he feels like he can’t handle the mental pain he’s gone through seeing his past after touching a memory stone.

He could feel the scars and pain despite it happening years ago. The memory stone was able to bring back the painful memories that he never really fully recovered from.

He’s starting to remember the time his hands were drenched in blood from the severe abuse…those crazy nights of the past.

Kioshi is feeling a mix of anxiety, depression, and severe tiredness. He’s tired of holding onto the pain that no one else sees. In his mind, he feels like no one is there. He feels empty inside and doesn’t even think he could ever make it through it all. The severe abuse and trauma that had went through his head at such a young age had taken a toll on his mental well being in his teens. Due to his quiet nature, he felt like no one was able to see what he was going through, no one had ever seen him suffer so he feels like he shouldn’t even bother telling anyone. He tries to play off most days like their ordinary days, he feels like he can’t cry in front of complete strangers. The grey world he’s in is always rainy and cloudy even when it’s sunny. Even when he became a warrior, he felt overwhelmed and scared of being physically hurt by those he cares about. Even though he has his girlfriend Aimi, part of him still feels like she hates him or that she may possibly be using him. However he very much was wrong about everything and overtime started to trust and open up to her. He also has his childhood best friend Shadow but when it comes to emotional support and advice, he’s not exactly the best at that kind of stuff at all. He always felt parts of him were missing and weren’t connecting with him. His depression was eating him alive and was the one thing he couldn’t control no matter how hard others try to shield him from the darkness. Some of the battles he faced weren’t even monsters, some were just his own inner demons. The thing he’s holding in the drawing is a see through mirror that shows his biggest secrets and his deepest insecurities. A lil note but he obviously has other insecurities but these are his main ones.

Ace is the oldest, Summer is the middle child, and Kioshi is the youngest. Ace is very ignorant of his surroundings whereas Summer is trying to protect Kioshi from his bullying and bad influences. In the drawing Ace is supposed to be fifteen, Summer is thirteen and Kioshi is nine here.
