A woman is rowing a boat, gripping the oars. Her hair is plastered to her face, she is sweating, and she looks intense and a little frightened. There is a thick fog around her, and a glow within it from behind her.
The woman turns around to see a ghost on the lake right behind her, larger than she is. It looks like a classic sheet ghost but translucent and glowing, with holes where the eyes should be and a pair of bright white lungs that appear to be filled up with water.
The boat on the lake looks small, and the girl reaches out towards the ghost with the lungs as eight more materialize out of the fog around her. Each one has a different cause of death illuminated.
