Family is staying because the flood destroyed their first floor and cars were underwater except the roof. Was at night, no warning sirens. Lucky they weren’t injured or killed.

Residents in parts of Maui are being urged to prepare to evacuate as a Kona low continues to bring the threat of heavy rain and flooding, prompting the Maui Emergency Management Agency to issue advisories for several areas.
